'Hayley has presented to thousands of students, grads and young professionals around the world. She loves helping early career professionals break through their fear barriers to pursue 'success' in a way that is meaningful for them. As a queer kid from a tough town, the first in her family to finish high school and progress to uni, Hayley knows what it's like to feel like an outsider - to struggle with imposter syndrome, perfectionism and pressure. Through her interactive, fun and engaging sessions, Hayley helps students and graduates connect with their own form of confidence, the kind that gives them permission to be exactly who they are.

What clients and participants have to say....
“A strength of Hayley's presentation style is the empathy that she can establish with her audience, which allows for questions to be raised without fear. Also, Hayley provided time in her presentation to allow students to practice using the tools - which then provided her the opportunity to clarify any misunderstandings. The feedback from the students about Hayley's presentations was extremely positive, and they felt they a better understanding of effective networking skills and goal setting.”
- Senior Lecturer & Professional Development Coordinator, Griffith University.
“Thank you for your presentation. It not only refreshed my understanding of making contacts, but also gave me new ideas to start a conversation and keep it going. The session was really enjoyable, and I definitely had fun with the activities. Your enthusiasm, my meeting other students and "click"-ing immediately with them made me wish the session would go on for much longer. As you continue bringing confidence to others like you did to me, let me wish you all the best in your career ahead. I do hope UTS will have you back here for another program soon!”
