Well, that's a surprise...

So, err... I have some news.

No, I'm not pregnant (a process which, for me, would involve months at a fertility clinic and therefore completely contradict the title of this post. I suppose there's always immaculate conception but let's be honest, "surprise" wouldn't exactly capture that scenario either, would it?). Let me show you:

Yes, it's a barely decipherable mishmash of numbers.  

Thankfully, I managed to decipher these numbers earlier (aren't I clever?), and I'm pleased to report they indicate I once again weigh below 100kg - for the first time in at least 3 years. 

That feels really, really good.

Seriously, someone somewhere should try to capitalise on this whole 'eat well and exercise' thing. It's genius.
